90% OF SAME DAY REACTIVE JOBS ARE COMPLETED WITHIN 1 HOUR

We have a minimum charge of £78 + vat to attend any job, this includes boiler diagnostics. 

We don't attend boiler breakdowns for free to then provide a free quote. 

After the first hour, work is charged at half hourly intervals. Any work carried out after normal working hours will be charged at one and a half times the normal hourly rate.

Gas work/Heating

Gas fire service £78 + vat

Standard boiler service £78 + vat (Plus parts if required due to the manufacturers servicing procedure)

Boiler service with no history or lack of servicing - price to be confirmed once boiler has been looked at

(min fee £78 + vat, average fee £150 + vat) Please ask for advice if your unsure 

Gas safety inspection certification £78 + vat (up to two appliances, boiler & hob)

Standard boiler service and gas safety inspection £115 + vat

Smart Thermostats fitted from £250 + vat

New wireless programmable thermostats £160 + vat

Plumbing

Power flushing £450 – £900 + vat (minimum charge £450 + vat, based on a 6/8 radiator system)                             Includes Use of thermal imaging camera to aid rebalancing of the system

Supply & fit a magnetic system filter (we now only use high quality brass filters - NOT plastic ones) £180 + vat

Fitting column radiators – ask for fixed price on site visit

General plumbing issues – ask for fixed price on site visit

Lead pipe replacement - Water supply pipe/water main - Needs site visit to confirm price (grants are sometimes available through United Utilities to help with the installation cost)

We hold 5 million public liability cover, if 10 million cover is needed for us to enter your premises/site please make us aware before instructing us to carry out any work so our policy can be updated. (24 hours is usually needed)
